Vouchers are available in denominations of R4,000, R5,500 and R7,000 and must be redeemed on/before 15 December 2023. The entire voucher amount must be redeemed as either full or partial payment against a booking. Any excess voucher amount not redeemed by the 15 December 2023 shall be forfeited. The booking must be for a minimum of a 2-night stay and cannot be used for bookings during school holidays or peak season periods. Airtime vouchers and sim cards must be collected at the resort upon checking in. All bookings are subject to availability and cannot be altered or cancelled once made. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional rate or special offer, nor may they be redeemed for cash. A maximum of 2 vouchers may be used towards one booking. Vouchers are limited to 4 per person and vouchers are not for resale.
