These apartments are accessed by stairs from the ground floor. The bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and sliding doors onto the balcony. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, toilet, and basin.
There is also a private study for some quiet time. There are stairs leading up to the third and fourth floors. The third floor has a lounge and dining area as well as a kitchen. There is also a guest toilet near the entrance hall. The kitchen has a full-height freezer, 4-plate stove, and oven. There is also a flat-screen television in the lounge that offers a DSTV hotel bouquet and M-Net.
The fourth floor has a balcony with an outside entertainment area. There are sun loungers, a Jacuzzi and a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the Gordon’s Bay marina.
