Animals
Pets are not accepted at all properties, with the exception of Qwantani resort and Brockwood Hall. Should you wish to bring your pet along to Qwantani, please ensure that you book the pet-friendly chalets. Additional charges may apply.
Children
Children of any age are welcome at the property. An infant between 0-2 years stay free of charge in a cot (on request). Depending on the property, children between the ages of 3 - 12 can be accommodated on a sleeper couch or existing bed. Children aged 13 and above are considered as adults.
