This experience can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. If cancellation is submitted after this time, the property will charge 100% of the experience value. Bookings for the experience must be booked with the property reception at least 30 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations of the experience will be facilitated directly by the guest and the Supplier. In terms of the Supplier’s cancellation policy, changes or cancellations of the experience within 7 days of the experience, but at least 48 hours prior to the experience, a date exchange or voucher for future use will be offered. Tickets for experiences within 48 hours cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason as Cape Culinary Tours’ partners have already begin preparing your experience. Cape Culinary Tours expressly reserve the right to cancel a Tour at any time, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, even though this situation is highly unlikely to arise. In a situation where Cape Culinary Tour have cancelled the Tours, Cape Culinary Tours will fully refund all ticket bookings for that day OR reschedule the Tour to another date of the guest’s preference. The guest will have complete discretion in determining whether to obtain a refund or reschedule the tour. Any dietary restrictions, food allergies or medical conditions that may affect eating or drinking, must be communicated at the time of booking.
