This tour is not available on public holidays. This experience can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. If cancellation is submitted after this time, the property will charge 100% of the experience value. Bookings for the experience must be booked with the property reception at least 30 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations of the experience will be facilitated directly by the guest and the Supplier. In terms of the Supplier’s cancellation policy, tickets/purchases for Kiff Kombi Tours scheduled tours are non-refundable within 30 days prior to the experience date. Kiff Kombi Tours strives to provide its customers with an enjoyable and safe trip. Occasionally unforeseen circumstances (including adverse weather conditions, mechanical faults, or an insufficient number of passengers for Kiff Kombi Tours to run the trip) require Kiff Kombi Tours to alter routes, itineraries, vehicle types, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours. Kiff Kombi Tours retain the right to do any of these things without notice (however, where practical Kiff Kombi Tours will endeavour to provide you with notice of alterations or cancellations). If Kiff Kombi Tours’ usual venues are booked out, Kiff Kombi Tours will endeavour to provide the guest with alternative venues which can provide a similar offering. Sometimes venues will be booked out due to weddings or other functions even after confirming our booking, whereby Kiff Kombi Tours will notify the guest, but provide the guest with an alternative venue. If Kiff Kombi Tours cancel the tour (except for when a Force Majeure Event occurs), the guest can transfer amounts paid to another departure date or receive a 100% refund. If the tour is cancelled because minimum numbers have not been met, Kiff Kombi Tours will refund the tour price in full.
