This experience operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027, with departures at 08:30 and 13:30. The service does not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the booked departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
The supplier reserves the right to cancel the experience due to unforeseen operational circumstances. In the event of a supplier cancellation, guests will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the experience, subject to availability.
Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Guests are advised to arrive at Hartenbos Train Station at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Meals, refreshments, and purchases made during the stops are for the guest's own account.
