This experience is available from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027 and operates daily from 16:30 to 18:00, subject to availability.

Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled 16:30 departure time. No refund or reschedule will be granted should the guest fail to arrive on time or miss the departure.

This experience may be cancelled without charge up to 7 days before the booked activity. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the activity are non-refundable, unless the experience is cancelled by the supplier.

The supplier reserves the right to cancel or postpone the experience due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a supplier cancellation, guests will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the experience, subject to availability.
