This hotel boasts an undeniable advantage: its prime beachfront location. Waking up to the sound of waves and having direct access to the sand is a definite highlight for any beach lover. However, my experience was somewhat tempered by the room itself. While clean, I found it to be a bit small for my comfort, and the furniture felt dated, giving the space an "old school" vibe that wasn't quite to my personal taste. This ultimately influenced my overall rating. Despite the room's shortcomings, one individual truly elevated my stay: Zinhle, the receptionist. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness were exceptional. She noticed it was my birthday and, to my complete surprise and delight, personally presented me with a thoughtful gift. This unexpected gesture of warmth and generosity truly made my day and left a lasting positive impression. Zinhle's outstanding customer service is a shining example of hospitality at its best.
