Purpose of the Position
To oversee and manage the installation, repairs, and upkeep of the property
Key Performance Areas
• Management and delegation of tasks to subordinates
• Maintenance of units, buildings, machines, and gardens.
• Budget costs of maintenance
• Inventory control
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Manage health and safety program beverage outlet
• Multi-skilled in all aspects of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanics.
• Proficient in word and excel.
• Hands-on person with the ability to manage a team.
• Fluent in English, Zulu & Afrikaans would be an advantage
This position reports to Resort Manager
